Bayt Salam, meaning House of Peace, is a branding project I created for a Lebanese restaurant concept. The identity is built on the idea that food has the power to bring people together, offering a sense of peace and connection in a region often overshadowed by conflict.
Inspired by Lebanese heritage, the brand combines cultural motifs, natural tones, and elegant typography to create a warm, welcoming identity that celebrates both tradition and unity.

The colour palette draws from natural and architectural influences of Lebanon, with earthy greens, deep blues, and neutral tones reflecting both the landscape and the atmosphere of authentic Lebanese dining.

The logo system combines arches, symbolic of Lebanese architecture, with a hand motif inspired by the shapes of doves to reflect peace, unity, and protection. The olive branch grounds the design in culinary tradition, while a secondary monogram offers flexibility for smaller applications.

Menus were designed with clear hierarchy and traditional geometric patterns, evoking Middle Eastern tiling to frame the food and create a tactile, cultural dining experience.

Drinks and dessert menus were designed to complement the core identity, keeping the brand consistent across every touchpoint.
