Designed the 2025 hiring report with the Marketing team, balancing brand consistency with fresh layouts through infographics, charts, and editorial design.
The report was well-received by clients and even influenced salary negotiations, generating additional revenue.
As part of a wider strategy to engage our employer audience, I designed a series of monthly reports exploring topics such as mental health, employee advocacy, graduate hiring, and onboarding. Each report was tailored to highlight key insights and trends relevant to early-career recruitment.

Collaborated with Gals Who Graduate to design a branded landing page, tailored to their audience and driving sign-ups for targeted job opportunities.
Designed a smooth UX/UI journey with testimonials, impact stats, and clear calls-to-action to build trust and boost conversions. 
Also created an animated banner using motion graphics and brand elements to reinforce the campaign.
Designed carousel job adverts for clients on our paid LinkedIn job board, including Levi’s, Unilever, and Just Eat, reaching our network of 31k followers. ​​​​​​​
